Provide your VIN so we can select the correct part for your vehicle. Let us know whether you would like to sell us your old steering rack. Specify whether your vehicle is left-hand drive (LHD) or right-hand drive (RHD).
A one-year warranty applies to all reconditioned and new units sold by our company.
The warranty applies only to the unit purchased from our store.

Units may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of sale, provided the original packaging is intact and there are no signs of installation. The supplier does not reimburse removal, installation or transport costs, or the cost of consumables associated with a unit failure. The warranty is valid only if the unit's installation instructions have been followed.

Start of the warranty period.
The warranty begins on the date the product is sold to the buyer.
If the unit's operation changes, for example if it makes unusual noises or operates erratically, the buyer must stop using it and contact the supplier. The buyer must ensure that the unit is installed in accordance with our instructions.

Supplier's responsibilities when handling claims.
Claims are reviewed within 10 days of receipt of the unit and the required documents. If the claim is approved, the unit will be repaired at no additional charge. If the claim is rejected, the supplier will notify the customer that the unit will be returned without repair. If the fault is covered by the warranty, the supplier will replace the unit or refund the buyer.

Documents required for a claim.
The unit's warranty certificate.

A copy of the repair order from the service centre, including full details of the service centre and the vehicle.
A claim report containing the vehicle details and a description of the fault.

Failure to provide the required documents.
Improper use of the vehicle or unit.
Failure to follow the correct technical procedures during installation or removal.
Unauthorised work on the unit, including opening it.

Follow the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. Replace the power steering pump if the vehicle has covered 110,000 km or more, if there are leaks, or if wear debris is present. Ensure that the steering rack is installed without excessive strain. Replace the seals on the supply and return lines. Fit new tie rod ends if they have not been replaced within the last three months. If replacing the tie rods yourself, protect the steering shaft during installation.

Do not open the steering mechanism, as this will void the warranty. After installation, adjust the wheel alignment, including toe and camber. Use the recommended seals for the bellows to prevent water ingress.

Flushing the power steering system.

Flush the entire hydraulic system, including the expansion reservoir, with at least 2 litres of approved oil. In some cases, the reservoir may need to be replaced or thoroughly cleaned.

Filling with oil and bleeding air.
Fill the system with hydraulic oil approved by the manufacturer. Bleed the system according to the instructions, monitoring the fluid level and ensuring that the pump does not run dry.

You must provide an official document from a professional vehicle service centre confirming that the item is faulty. Send this document along with a description of the problem. If the seller is responsible for the problem, we will arrange for a courier to collect the unit from your address. If the problem is due to customer error, the customer must send the unit back themselves, providing a tracking number and specifying the delivery service used.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your account. Please note that these instructions may only be changed with the agreement of both parties: the customer and the seller.
