At checkout, please make sure the delivery address is correct, as you will not be able to change it later. Items are shipped Monday through Friday. Items purchased on the weekend are shipped on Monday.
Worldwide: Economy: 10 to 20 business days. Express delivery: 1 to 6 business days.
Please check with your country’s customs office before bidding or buying, as any additional charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
If the goods are returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the return and restocking costs.
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer high-quality items at a very good price. However, if they do not meet your expectations, you have 60 days to return them.
Returned items must not have been used. If the original condition of an item has deteriorated, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.
For all returns, we must be informed in advance. Items must be returned within 60 days. We recommend using registered mail, as no refund will be issued if items are lost.
If the details do not match the original invoice of your order, the items will be returned to you. All items you return must be sent to the same address they were received from and under the same buyer name. If this is not followed, the items will not be processed by customs and we will not be able to issue any refund. We can only refund the original price of the item.
Your responsibilities
All return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
The buyer is responsible for the items until they reach us. For this reason, it is best to use tracking when returning items. No refund will be issued if items are held up or lost in customs. If we receive the items, a refund will be made within 5 business days.
