If the goods are returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the return and restocking costs.

Returned items must not have been used. If the original condition of an item has deteriorated, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

For items you return through customs, it is necessary to provide the exact purchase price and an accurate description of each item you wish to return. When filling out a return declaration form, make sure the information you enter is correct.

If the details do not match the original invoice of your order, the items will be returned to you. All items you return must be sent to the same address they were received from and under the same buyer name. If this is not followed, the items will not be processed by customs and we will not be able to issue any refund. We can only refund the original price of the item.
