If the goods are returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping and restocking fees.

Returned items must be unused. If an item's original condition has deteriorated, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

You must notify us in advance of any return. Items must be returned within 60 days. We recommend using registered mail, as no refund will be issued for lost items.

For items returned through customs, you must provide the exact purchase price and an accurate description of each item you wish to return.

When completing a return declaration form, please make sure the information you enter is correct. If it does not match the original invoice for your order, the items will be sent back to you.

All returned items must be sent to the same address from which they were received and under the same buyer's name.

If these requirements are not met, customs will not process the items and we will be unable to issue a refund.

We can only refund the original price of the item.

All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The buyer is responsible for the items until they reach us. For this reason, we recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

No refund will be issued if the items are held up or lost in customs.

Once we receive the items, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.
