Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer high-quality items at excellent prices. However, if they do not meet your expectations, you have 60 days to return them.

Returned items must not have been used.

If an item's original condition has deteriorated, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

You must notify us in advance of any return. Items must be returned within 60 days.

We recommend using registered mail, as no refund will be issued for lost items.

When returning items through customs, you must provide the exact purchase price and an accurate description of each item you wish to return.

When completing a return declaration form, please make sure the information you enter is correct. If it does not match your original order invoice, the items will be sent back to you.

All returned items must be sent from the same address to which they were originally delivered and under the same buyer's name. If these requirements are not met, customs will not process the items and we will be unable to issue a refund.

We can only refund the original price of the item.

Your responsibilities

All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

The buyer is responsible for the items until they reach us. For this reason, we recommend using a tracked service for returns.

No refund will be issued if items are held or lost at customs.

Once we receive the items, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
