If goods are returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the return and restocking costs.

If an item is no longer in its original condition, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

When filling out a return declaration form, make sure the information you enter is correct. If the details do not match the original invoice for your order, the items will be returned to you.

All items you return must be sent to the same address they were received from and under the same buyer’s name. If this is not followed, customs will not process the items and we cannot issue any refund. We can only refund the original item price.
