Items are shipped from Monday to Friday. Items won on the weekend are shipped on Monday.

We ship your items as soon as possible, but due to the large number of orders we receive, they may be shipped within 2 business days.

After purchase, please check your emails for shipping and customs information. If your contact details are incorrect, your items will be returned to us. Please check with your country’s customs office before bidding or buying, as any additional fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

If the goods are returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the return and reshipping costs.

However, if they do not meet your expectations, you have 60 days to return them.

To return items, they must not have been used.

If an item’s original condition has been damaged, it will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

For all returns, we must be informed in advance. Items must be returned within 60 days. We recommend using registered mail, as no refund will be issued if items are lost.

For items you return through customs, it is necessary to provide an accurate purchase price and an accurate description of each item you wish to return.

When filling out a return declaration form, make sure the information you enter is correct. If the information does not match the original invoice for your order, the items will be returned to you.

All items you return must be sent to the same address from which they were received and under the same buyer name.

In case of non-compliance, the items will not be processed by customs and we cannot issue any refund.

We can only refund the original item price. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the items until they reach us. For this reason, it is best to use tracking when returning items.

No refund will be issued if items are held up or lost in customs. If we receive the items, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
